Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon with a strong focus in Breast Surgery to join its growing team in Wellington, Florida. The role provides clinical autonomy within an established private group, with the opportunity to build a dedicated breast-focused practice while maintaining a general surgery component.

Ideal candidates will have excellent patient care, be eager to develop referral relationships, and pursue long-term practice

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery; breast surgery focus.
• Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Experience managing benign and malignant breast disease.
• Strong referral relationships and patient-centered care.
• Willingness to develop a breast-focused practice with general surgery component.
