Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking board-certified or board-eligible breast surgeons to launch a new outpatient practice at 15 CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. Fellowship training in breast surgery or surgical oncology is highly preferred.

As an early team member, you will help shape ambulatory breast surgery services, develop multidisciplinary programs, and grow a collaborative practice within Cleveland Clinic's integrated network in Palm Beach County.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in breast surgery.
• Fellowship training in breast surgery or surgical oncology preferred.
• Experience in outpatient breast surgery desirable.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow outpatient breast surgery practice at 15 CityPlace.
• Collaborate within Cleveland Clinic Florida's integrated surgical network and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and lead new programs as part of Palm Beach County expansion.
• Provide patient-centered care in a modern outpatient environment.
• Contribute to Cleveland Clinic's long-term regional growth.
