Job summary

UW Health Northern Illinois in Rockford, Illinois, seeks a BE/BC Breast Fellowship or Surgical Oncology Fellowship trained surgeon to join our community practice, performing only breast surgeries with collaboration from UW Health and UW-Madison.

In addition to treating benign and malignant breast disease, the role focuses on high‑risk patients and survivorship, with dedicated breast nursing navigators and a supportive surgical team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO and board certification in General Surgery.
• Fellowship training in breast surgery or surgical oncology.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast surgeries, including oncology cases, in a dedicated breast surgery practice.
