Job summary
Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Breast Surgeon to join our growing Breast Surgery Department in Santa Barbara, CA. This 100% breast surgery practice offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center.
The role features no general surgery call, a supportive clinic navigation team, and surgeries performed at Foothill Ambulatory Surgery Center, with academic opportunities, CME support, and a comprehensive
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in general surgery.
- Fellowship training in breast surgery.
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care.
- Interest in program growth and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- 100% breast surgery practice with no general surgery call or coverage.
- Collaborative, integrated care model with multidisciplinary specialists.
- Participation in weekly breast tumor board conferences.
- Work alongside an established breast surgeon and navigation teams.
- Perform surgeries at Foothill Ambulatory Surgery Center.
