Sansum Medical Group in Santa Barbara has an exceptional opening for a board-certified/board-eligible Breast Surgeon to join our Breast Surgery Department. This position allows for a 100% breast surgery practice within a multidisciplinary oncology program at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center.

You will collaborate with specialists, participate in tumor board conferences, and perform surgeries in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery (required).
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care.
• Interest in program growth and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgeries at the state-of-the-art Foothill Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Participate in weekly breast tumor board conferences.
• Work alongside an established breast surgeon and dedicated clinic APC/navigation teams.
