Job summary

Tal Healthcare is seeking a Breast Surgeon to join its renowned surgical program in New York. The role focuses on delivering high-quality breast surgery care in a hospital setting.

You will perform procedures, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to patient outcomes and education. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of post-residency experience, board certification or eligibility in General Surgery with breast training, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of postgraduate surgical experience with breast surgery focus.
• Completed accredited surgical residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery with specialty training in Breast Surgery.
• Experience in hospital settings with knowledge of billing codes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient and inpatient breast surgical procedures with precision.
• Evaluate patients with breast conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of breast surgical techniques and protocols.
• Participate in on-call duties and ongoing education.
