The Center for Restorative Breast Surgery in Dallas is seeking a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join a nationally recognized multidisciplinary breast reconstruction program.

The role offers exposure to advanced microsurgical techniques, collaboration across ARSA and a private practice model with academic-level collaboration, support staff, and opportunities to shape a growing reconstructive breast program.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Interest in breast reconstruction, microsurgery, lymphedema treatment, and cosmetic surgery.
• Microvascular training preferred, not required.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered surgical care.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
