Responsibilities

• Perform microsurgical breast reconstruction (DIEP and other perforator flap procedures) within a co-surgeon model.
• Participate in expanding niche service lines as opportunities arise.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and patient experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, education, and innovation within the practice.
