Job summary

The Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Breast Pathologist to join the Department of Pathology. This is a full-time position and rank is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Candidates must have completed a fellowship in Breast Pathology and have at least two years of experience in Breast Pathology (post Fellowship) in high volume multidisciplinary university clinical settings, with a focus on diagnostic excellence.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Anatomic Pathology or eligibility.
• Active Florida MD licensure or eligibility.
• Completed Fellowship in Breast Pathology.
• Experience in an academic multidisciplinary university clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead breast subspecialty sign-out and participate in tumor boards.
• Collaborate with physicians, students, residents, and fellows.
• Possibly assist in other subspecialties, cytopathology or frozen sections as needed.
• Opportunity to join translational research programs.
