Job summary

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support the Breast Oncology clinical trials program, conduct data collection under Good Clinical Practice, and manage trial binders and regulatory documents.

The CRC will screen patients for eligibility, obtain informed consent for non-treatment trials, register participants in ONCORE, and ensure timely trial assessments and sample shipments as required. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year Dana‑Farber Associate Clinical Research Coordinator experience required.
• 0-1 years of experience in medical or scientific research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trial start-up from protocol receipt to IRB submissions and site activation.
• Manage data reporting, source documents, CRFs, adverse events, filing, and data queries.
• Maintain regulatory binders; enter study data in ONCORE; support audits.
• Ensure samples are collected, prepared, and shipped per protocol and IATA/DOT rules.
• Coordinate with Protocol Scheduling, Materials Management, Lab, Pharmacy, and Research Nursing.
• Support audits/monitoring visits and life-cycle management of trials; interact with sponsors.
