Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical research principles and federal regulations.
• Familiarity with IRB guidelines and regulations.
• Experience with clinical trials.
• SCRA or ACRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies, coordinating studies from start-up through closeout.
• Determine eligibility, obtain consent, and assist in recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate collection of study specimens and processing.
• Manage patient and laboratory data, develop study documents and case report forms.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory submissions, including IRB renewals.
• Prepare study materials and monitor visits with sponsors, acting as primary contact.
• Monitor expenditures and study budgets in collaboration with finance.
• Interact with investigators to ensure patient safety and proper conduct.
