Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college (Pharm.D.).
• Residency training or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience.
• 3–5 years pharmacist experience or equivalent at another institution.
• Ability to meet and exceed Level II pharmacist standards.

Responsibilities

• Exercise independent clinical judgment and leadership in all breast oncology pharmacy matters.
• Develop, implement, and improve pharmacy systems, protocols, and clinical services for breast oncology.
• Serve as institutional expert and resource for breast oncology pharmacy practice.
• Establish and enforce rigorous practice standards for Level II pharmacist performance.
• Lead cross-departmental clinical discussions to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor and supervise pharmacy staff and students.
• Conduct applied research and publish findings to contribute to professional knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for reliability and professional excellence.
