TRA Medical Imaging in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Per Diem Ultrasonography Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams in line with ARDMS standards and ethics. Emphasizes patient interaction and collaboration with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic information.

The position offers hourly pay between $42.77 and $72.72 based on experience, with a +15% in lieu of benefits bonus. Shifts require a minimum of 2 per month, with potential travel to TRA/DINW locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program.
• ARDMS registry eligible or Abdomen/OB-GYN preferred.
• Breast, Vascular, MSK, NT and pediatrics registries a plus.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patient for ultrasound exam with explanations and instructions.
• Review patient history and physician request to determine scanning parameters.
• Perform Abdomen, Pelvis, OB, Small Parts & Vascular exams with accuracy.
• Present ultrasound examinations to Radiologist professionally.
• Maintain patient records and complete documentation.
