Job summary

Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria, OR is seeking a Mammography Technologist who will perform breast imaging with ARRT mammography credentials. The ideal candidate holds an Oregon Radiologic Technologist license and BLS, and can participate in department coverage during holidays.

Training into stereotactic biopsy and wire-free localization is expected. This role requires experience with MQSA guidelines and maintaining competency across modalities.

Qualifications

• Mammography/ radiography skills and positioning techniques.
• Active ARRT mammography certification required.
• Oregon state radiologic technologist license and ongoing CE.
• BLS certification maintained as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Meet MQSA guidelines for breast imaging and advanced modalities.
• Maintain proficiency in all required radiography modalities.
• Participate in holiday coverage rotation as needed.
• Train in bone densitometry or cross-train into that modality.
