Job summary

Henry Ford Health Jackson hospital campus is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform breast imaging under Radiology guidance, aiding early detection and patient care. You will work with a radiologist to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality in imaging throughout a hospital setting.

Required ARRT in Radiologic Technology, High School diploma or GED, and Advanced Mammography (or eligibility with 12 months to obtain).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology.
• Advanced Mammography certification or eligibility with 12-month deadline if eligible.
• Experience with MQSA compliance and breast imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Radiologic breast imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Use independent judgment to determine appropriate radiographic techniques and positioning.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and department protocols.
• Maintain MQSA compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Complete required continuing medical education to stay current.
