Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist for the Burlington Hospital area. The role involves performing mammography procedures in line with MQSA and FDA guidelines, supporting QA/QC duties, and assisting radiologists with breast biopsies and localizations.

Travel between Virtua sites is required. The position requires at least 1 year of mammography experience, ARRT certification and NJ licensure, with advanced mammography certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Knowledge of MQSA/FDA standards.
• ARRT certification and NJ licensure required; advanced certification in Mammography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures per approved techniques and MQSA standards.
• Conduct QA/QC responsibilities and support MQSA inspections.
• Assist radiologists with breast interventions when applicable.
• Utilize RIS, PACS and ADW systems in daily workflow.
• Provide coverage across multiple sites as needed.
