Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista in California seeks a skilled Mammography Technologist to perform diagnostic and screening breast imaging. You will work with the Radiologist, prepare imaging procedures, and ensure high-quality films while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates have an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology and ARRT licensure with CA eligibility or certification; ARRT-M preferred; BLS required.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-R and ARRt-M certifications required in CA
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Completes breast mammography examinations and assists Radiologist with complex procedures.
• Ensures patient privacy and comfort and adheres to infection control guidelines.
• Prepares high quality films and documentation for radiologist review.
• Obtains patient information and relays instructions to care areas.
