Job summary

AdventHealth Parker, CO is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform diagnostic breast imaging and screening exams. You will ensure patient safety, quality images, and precise documentation in EMR and PACS.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, ARRT Mammography registration, and BLS certification, with comfortable collaboration across radiology teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mammography and Diagnostic Radiological Procedures/Positions.
• Ability to determine appropriate technical factors.
• Knowledge of MQSA and ACR regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to follow department policies and radiation safety.
• Must maintain required licenses and registries.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in using PACS and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality mammography exams per orders and protocols.
• Maintains patient safety, identification, and comfort.
• Ensures room readiness, equipment safety checks, and inventory.
• Documents imaging and QC in EMR/PACS.
• Collaborates with radiologists and breast imaging team.
• Keeps up with MQSA/ACR guidelines and quality control.
