Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston, MA, seeks a Radiologist specializing in Breast Imaging to join the Breast Imaging Radiology Division. The candidate will perform screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and biopsy procedures as part of a busy academic practice.

Board-eligible or board-certified in diagnostic radiology; fellowship in breast imaging required; licensure in MA or eligible; strong teamwork and communication required; teaching hospital affiliation

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in diagnostic radiology by the ABR.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Fellowship training in breast imaging is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communications skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of breast imaging studies including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, needle localization and biopsy.
• Join a department of 80+ faculty serving BIDMC campuses and community locations.
• Focus efforts on breast imaging within a teaching hospital network.
