Job summary

Capital Health in New Jersey is seeking a skilled Breast Radiologist to join our growing radiology team. You will provide comprehensive breast imaging services and collaborate with breast surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists and primary care providers.

The ideal candidate will interpret mammography, ultrasound, MRI; perform image-guided biopsies; participate in tumor boards; and contribute to education and quality initiatives while maintaining timely reporting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred; substantial breast-imaging experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammography, including digital breast tomosynthesis.
• Interpret breast ultrasound and breast MRI examinations.
• Perform image-guided breast procedures, including ultrasound-guided, stereotactic/tomosynthesis-guided, and MRI-guided biopsies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast conferences and tumor boards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
• Educate residents, fellows, technologists, or other clinical staff as applicable.
