Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a Breakfast Supervisor-Complimentary to lead our Breakfast Attendants, ensuring each morning starts with a warm, efficient guest experience and a cheerful ambiance.

You will work with the General Manager to coach staff, manage inventory, and support budgeting while staying composed under pressure and maintaining excellent guest relations throughout busy shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience valued.
• Strong communication and quick decision-making skills.
• Effective under pressure and able to resolve concerns with guests and co-workers.
• Comfortable working with financial data and basic math.
• Maintains composure and objectivity in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a warm smile and upbeat energy to create a memorable breakfast experience.
• Coach and develop Breakfast Attendants in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Assist in managing and maintaining food and beverage inventory levels.
• Support budgeting practices and ensure department stays on track with guidelines.
• Show up reliably and flexibly to meet the hotel’s needs and uphold Aimbridge spirit.
