Witham Family Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor for Home2 Suites by Hilton. The role leads the breakfast team, ensures daily operations, and maintains high food safety and sanitation standards.

You will oversee setup, quality, and guest interactions, while coordinating with front desk and housekeeping to deliver a seamless guest experience. This full-time, early-morning position requires a proactive, guest-focused mindset and a willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support breakfast team to ensure guest service and daily operations.
• Oversee breakfast setup, presentation, replenishment, and breakdown to brand standards.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stocking breakfast supplies.
• Train, coach, and support breakfast attendants and team members.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming breakfast area.
• Assist with scheduling, preparation, and operational communication.
• Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping for seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round

Shifts: Early mornings required; shifts vary and may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the breakfast team to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient daily operations
• Oversee breakfast setup, presentation, replenishment, and breakdown according to Hilton brand standards
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking breakfast supplies
• Train, coach, and support breakfast attendants and team members
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming breakfast area at all times
• Assist with scheduling, daily preparation, and operational communication
• Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Follow all food safety and health regulations

Skills & Requirements

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts
• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
