Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort is seeking energetic Restaurant Servers to join Driftwood Hospitality Management. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu options, and ensure timely, accurate service in a fun, upbeat setting.

This role includes breakfast shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, pay at $7.50 per hour plus tips, and a team-oriented atmosphere with benefits and growth opportunities. Applicants should be at least 18, able to lift, and comfortable working in hospitality.

• Must communicate effectively in English with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to scrupulously follow Driftwood and Margaritaville Lake Resort policies and procedures.
• Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
• Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
• Maintains a positive demeanor and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders and answer questions about the menu.
• Explain menu items and dietary options to guests.
• Relay orders to the kitchen promptly using established systems.
• Enter tickets in the Micros system accurately and promptly.
• Provide high-quality service in a warm, friendly manner.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Greet guests and thank them at departure.
