Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment, ovens, grills, and biscuit station area; ensure proper cleaning and storage.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain adequate product supplies and items to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards and assist with breakfast counts.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper building and equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Manage cash procedures and ensure adherence to cash handling policies.
• Assist with scheduling to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under supervision to meet standards.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff; ensure compliance with regulations.
