Kana Hotel Group is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to set up and maintain an attractive breakfast bar, ensure it is organized, clean, and inviting for guests each morning. The role involves inventory checks, ordering supplies, preparing foods like fresh fruit, coffee and juices, and restocking self-service stations while delivering excellent guest service.

One year hostess or hospitality experience is preferred and adherence to health standards is required.

Qualifications

• One year hostess experience in restaurant is required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar in an attractive abundant looking, organized, clean and standardized presentation.
• Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day.
• Ordering or purchasing food supplies.
• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Setting up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other products.
• Providing excellent guest service.
