Island Hospitality Management, LLC. is seeking a Full-Time Breakfast Restaurant Server to oversee breakfast service, prepare and serve made‑to‑order items, and ensure guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met.

This role may require flexible scheduling and requires a proactive, guest‑oriented team player who maintains high safety and cleanliness standards while keeping service areas stocked and assisting guests and vendors.

Description

As a Full-Time Breakfast Restaurant Server, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. The role of the Breakfast Attendant is to be a key person of reference for guests while preparing and serving made to order food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or reception area.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Cooking and assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter
• Ensuring the breakfast service space remains well-stocked at all times
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables
• Receiving beverage orders and directing them to the kitchen, as needed
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
• Ensuring a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness

Job Qualifications:

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
