Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group in Waltham, MA is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure guests start their day with a delicious, welcoming experience. You will prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, including made-to-order eggs, and maintain spotless service areas in a fast-paced environment.

This mornings-only role runs 5:30am to 12:30pm and requires a dependable, friendly team player who adheres to safety standards and delivers outstanding guest service while supporting breakfast operations

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Pleasant, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies.
• Pass a background check per policy.
• Working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergy awareness is required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare large volumes of breakfast items.
• Prepare eggs and omelets to guest order specifications.
• Perform general kitchen food preparation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, buffet, and dining areas at all times.
• Greet guests professionally and respond to questions or requests.
• Monitor, refresh, and restock the breakfast buffet as needed.
• Set up and break down the breakfast buffet and dining area.
• Clean, stock, and maintain the coffee station.
• Wash dishes and maintain dishwashing areas.
• Strictly follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergy cross‑contamination standards.
• Communicate inventory needs and shortages to management.
• Assist other breakfast team members as needed to support smooth operations.
