Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach is seeking a Kitchen Leader to supervise all kitchen operations, ensure high quality prep, and maintain food safety standards across outlets. This role oversees prep, line cooks, and cafeteria staff, coordinating menus and controlling food and labor costs to meet budget targets.

You will train staff, monitor HACCP compliance, and collaborate with Executive Chef and Purchasing to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship.
• 2 years experience in luxury hotel/resort/restaurant.
• English fluency (verbal and non-verbal).

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff and cafeteria operations.
• Coordinate food prep and ensure quality and safety.
