LBA Hospitality is hiring for the upcoming Homewood Suites Winston Salem. The hotel is set to open in December with work starting in mid-November as we prepare the hotel to open, offering benefits such as PTO, 401k, DailyPay, and hotel discounts.

The Breakfast Host provides prompt, friendly service in a clean, welcoming breakfast area and helps ensure guests enjoy a positive breakfast experience.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handling certification preferred.
• Friendly, service-focused, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast area and supplies in guest-ready condition.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel queries.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverages, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required brand documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally as part of the hotel team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Breakfast Hostperson provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and guest-ready breakfast area. This position helps ensure every guest enjoys a positive breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast/dining area and supplies in a guest-ready condition.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
• Maintain required safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required brand documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and work effectively as part of the hotel team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, and reach.

• This is an on-site hotel position.
• Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
