• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast/dining area and supplies in a guest-ready condition.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
• Maintain required safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required brand documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and work effectively as part of the hotel team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

LBA Hospitality is hiring for the upcoming Home2 Suites Ooltewah/Chattanooga North property! The hotel is set to open in December with work starting in mid-November as we prepare the hotel to open! The Breakfast Hostperson provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and guest-ready breakfast area. This position helps ensure every guest enjoys a positive breakfast experience.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, and reach.

• Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
