Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Host who provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service while maintaining a clean, guest-ready breakfast area and ensuring a positive guest experience. This on-site role supports TownePlace Suites Lexington Park with flexible scheduling and standard hotel operations.

This position requires prior food and beverage experience and a willingness to work weekends/holidays; benefits include a quarterly bonus, PTO, 401k with employer match, DailyPay, hotel

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast/dining area and supplies in a guest-ready condition.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
• Maintain required safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required brand documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and work effectively as part of the hotel team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, and reach.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 60 lbs. and lift/carry up to 30 lbs. unassisted.
• This is an on-site hotel position.
• Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
