Job summary

Homewood Suites Lexington Hamburg in Lexington, KY is seeking a Breakfast Attendant/Host to greet guests and keep the complimentary breakfast area inviting and well stocked. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, manage display temperatures, and assist guests with questions during service.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and flexible for weekend/holiday shifts. This role offers PTO and hotel benefits as part of a friendly, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform bending/kneeling
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Compliance with local food handling laws and language fluency
• Warm, welcoming communication with guests

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at breakfast and keep service area stocked and tidy
• Follow re-thermalization instructions and maintain correct food temperatures
• Ensure displays are well stocked and negate worn or empty items
• Keep coffee and condiments stocked and clean
• Maintain cleanliness to meet hygiene standards for breakfast counters and seating
• Report unsafe equipment or supply shortages to supervisor
• Assist guests with queries and provide advice
