Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome guests and seat them in a timely manner.
• Manage waitlist using iPad/POS system; keep crowd engaged.
• Answer phones and place to-go orders.
• Inspect/restock restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Assist with food delivery and bussing tables as needed.
