Job Summary:

A Breakfast Host is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast buffet area. They ensure that the breakfast items are fresh, appetizing, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities:
  1. Setting Up: Preparing the breakfast area before guests arrive, including brewing coffee, arranging pastries, and setting out fresh fruits.
  2. Food Preparation: Preparing and serving breakfast items such as cereals, pastries, and hot dishes.
  3. Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, addressing their queries, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitoring food and beverage supplies and notifying management when stocks are low.
  5. Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and hygienic breakfast area, following food safety guidelines.
Job Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
  2. Availability starting at 5:30 AM on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  3. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and knowledge of food safety practices.
  4. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
