Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with hotel staff, guests, and management in a professional manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance including proper uniform and name tag.
• Must lift at least 25 pounds regularly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service in the breakfast area.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet during hours.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints, seeking manager assistance when needed.
• Keep breakfast area clean and stocked throughout the day.
• Follow health and safety procedures and wear gloves as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and brand standards.
• Inventory and restock breakfast supplies and assist with basic housekeeping tasks.
