LBA Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Host at our East Ridge, TN hotel. The role provides prompt, friendly service to guests and helps ensure a welcoming breakfast experience.

You will maintain the breakfast/dining area, assist guests with food and beverage questions, keep knowledge of menu items and hotel services, and ensure cleanliness and safety. This on-site role requires weekend/holiday availability and teamwork to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast/dining area and supplies in a guest-ready condition.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
• Maintain required safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required brand documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and work effectively as part of the hotel team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
