Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to help guests start their day with hot coffee, pastries, and a welcoming smile. You will set up the breakfast area, stock items, and serve breakfast items while keeping the space neat and inviting.

This role demands strong customer service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including laying linens, setting up tableware, and arranging centerpieces
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times
• Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
• Other duties as assigned
