Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Approach guests and employees in an attentive friendly service oriented manner.
• Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality control of breakfast menus and area cleanliness.
• Clear, clean and reset tables and breakfast spaces per instructions.
• Support beverage and food service including restocking and cleaning as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
