Job summary

Holiday Inn Express - Wilmington Medical District is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to start the day by preparing and maintaining the breakfast area, stocking items, and delivering friendly guest service during breakfast hours.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Training on safety and guest needs will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred, but not required.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts.
• Food service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area each morning.
• Prepare, restock, and organize food, beverages, and supplies.
• Keep the breakfast area clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
• Greet guests and assist with questions or requests.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of needed supplies.
• Perform cleanup and closing duties after breakfast service.
• Work closely with other hotel team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
