What Does a Breakfast Coordinator Do?

1. Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
2. Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our guests
3. Inspires and guides their staff
4. Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success
5. Manages breakfast inventory

The main responsibility of our Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure excellent guest service during breakfast hours and maintain customer satisfaction. They lead their team, inspire staff, resolve issues, and handle organizational, communication, and developmental tasks. Knowledge of team responsibilities, inventory management, paperwork, and financials is crucial. They manage breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch service.
