What Does a Breakfast Coordinator do?

1. Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
2. Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests.
3. Inspires and guides their staff.
4. Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success!

The primary responsibility of our Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure the store delivers excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeps our customers satisfied. Breakfast Coordinators lead their teams, inspire staff, and resolve issues through strong organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Knowledge of team responsibilities, inventory management, paperwork completion, and financial oversight are essential. They manage breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team.

Physical Demands of the Position

• Counting money accurately.
• Reading and writing in English.
