What Does a Breakfast Coordinator do?

1. Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
2. Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests.
3. Inspires and guides their staff.
4. Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success.
5. Manages Breakfast Inventory.

The ultimate responsibility for our Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure that the store delivers excellent guest service during breakfast hours, keeping customers happy and full. They lead their team, inspire staff, and resolve issues using organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management are crucial. Completing paperwork and managing financials are also part of the role. Breakfast Coordinators manage breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch service.

Minimum Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team.

Physical Demands

• Counting money accurately.
• Reading and writing in English.
• Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly.

• Remaining on your feet for several hours.
• Reaching, bending, seeing, stooping, kneeling, squeezing, and pressing.
