What Does a Breakfast Coordinator do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
• Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests.
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success!
• Manages Breakfast Inventory

Carrols ensures you are an important part of making customers' experiences enjoyable. The primary responsibility of the Breakfast Coordinator is to deliver excellent guest service during breakfast hours, keep customers satisfied, and manage team operations. This role requires organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management. Completing paperwork and managing financials are also key aspects. The Breakfast Coordinator manages breakfast shifts and prepares the restaurant for lunch service.
