What Does a Breakfast Coordinator do?

1. Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
2. Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests.
3. Inspires and guides their staff
4. Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success!
5. Manages Breakfast Inventory

The ultimate responsibility for our Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure that the store delivers excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeps our customers happy and full! The Breakfast Coordinators lead their team, inspire staff, and resolve issues using organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Knowledge of team responsibilities, inventory management, paperwork, and financials is crucial. They manage breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch business.

Minimum Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team
