$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
$15-$20 Average Per Hour Annually
Perform all methods of cookery, portion control, garnishing of dishes, and follow recipes according to Pinehurst standards. Follow directions from the Resort Executive Chef, Managing Chef, and/or Sous Chefs to maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and production.
High school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The employee must regularly talk, hear, taste, and smell. Frequently stand, walk, handle items, reach, and balance. Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and depth perception.
Moderate noise level, working in hot/cold environments and outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations are available.
