Hospitality America is seeking a Breakfast Cook for the Element by Marriott North Charleston hotel. You will prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes to provide guests with an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities include following recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with safety standards, managing inventory, and supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably breakfast/brunch.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety.
• Clear focus on plating and presentation.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our team at our Element by Marriott North Charleston hotel. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in our bistro, ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Skills Education And Experience

• Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a bistro or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
