Job summary

Atrium is hiring a breakfast cook to join our restaurant team in La Vista, Nebraska. You will prepare and cook breakfast items, support setup and opening duties, and ensure food safety and cleanliness.

We value a positive, team-first attitude with flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays. Prior culinary or food service experience is preferred, and Food Safety certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary or food service experience (6 months preferred).
• Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
• Positive, team-first attitude with flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency and care using standardized recipes
• Support breakfast setup, line prep, and kitchen opening/closing duties
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and dishwashing stations
• Ensure food is prepped for the following day and assist with inventory rotation
