We’re on the lookout for passionate Breakfast Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team at El Vez, part of the acclaimed STARR Restaurants group.

Located at the W Fort Lauderdale, El Vez is a vibrant, high-energy destination that brings the spirit of Mexico’s Baja coast to life. From its lively ambiance and colorful design to its stunning ocean views and indoor-outdoor dining spaces, El Vez is as bold and bright as its flavors.

Our menu features inventive yet authentic Mexican fare, with a focus on Baja-style cooking and fresh South Florida seafood. Highlights include a wide selection of Guacamoles, Ceviches, Mahi Mahi Tacos, Grilled Whole Branzino, and classic Tacos al Carbon.
