Responsibilities

• Sets and clears tables, stocks service stations, and assists food servers with table service.
• Prepares tables for resetting and maintains cleanliness and stock at stations.
• Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter to enhance their dining experience.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

What will I be doing?

As a Busperson, your responsibilities include setting and clearing dining tables, stocking service stations, and supporting the food service team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure operational efficiency. Specific tasks include:

• Preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning, and arranging tableware.
• Checking and reporting any defective tableware.
• Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels at designated food stations.
• Assisting servers by serving beverages, breads, and other items.
• Transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
