Breakfast Busser FT, Embassy Suites Fort Lauderdale (Finance)

Sets and clears tables, stocks all service stations, and assists food servers with table service. Clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting. Resets all service ware as prescribed. Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations. Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience. Transports all dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

What will I be doing?

As a Busperson, you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to deliver outstanding guest service and support the hotel's operations. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Setting and preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, and serving water.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting any defects.
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations.
• Assisting food servers with table service, such as serving beverages and breads.
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
